Rhyme time

Short and concise
Exact and precise
Clear as glass
Green as grass

This is just for fun
This is the first one
Even though very simple
It’s not an artistic dimple

It’s very quick to read
Did you get it?
I just want, not need

It may not be prime
But it’s not stupid
It’s just rhyme time

Só pra dar vida... novamente...

Antolhos
Nesse mundo tão gigante,
Tão repleto de variedades...
Cada dia mais novidades,
De riqueza exuberante!

Em cada canto, cada lugar
Milhões de coisas pra observar,
De assuntos imensamente variados...
Que nunca parecem ser acabados!

Seria patético se limitar.
É tanta coisa...
Que não da nem pra contar!

Mas na realidade a minha sina
É toda hora...
Medicina, medicina, medicina...

Don't tell me how it ends...

You’re dying to see a movie, you've never seen before… If I told you how it begins and how it ends, would you still want to see the movie, with the same desire as before?
Do you get spoiled by the end so bad that everything else in the movie isn't that much interesting?
Every day I hear people saying that they HATE when someone tells the end of the movie… they say the movie becomes boring, uninteresting… dull… because you already know the ending… you already know how everything sums up… and that makes you lose interest in seeing it… maybe afterwards… when you have nothing better to do… maybe… but in the moment I tell you the end… you get spoiled… you lose a lot of interest…

We are always looking forward to the end…

“Are we there yet?” “Is it over yet?” “I’m looking forward to…” “I can’t wait until…”

The end of work… the end of the day… of the week… of the month… to the of the year… always looking towards the after… after we finish school… after we finish college… after we get a job, after we retire… and what are we going to do about it when we get there… when we’re old… what will we do when we’re old?
Probably think about what we did when we were young… while time passed by us… like wind… that will never come back… that we’ll never have the chance to live it again… just because we’re so focused in the after… in the end… we don’t pay attention to the during… we don’t see the movie because we know the end… we don’t get surprised because we know the end…

The story of your life is unique… and very interesting… but the begging and the end are pretty much well known… a few details may vary… but the essence is the same…
If I’d tell you how it ends… what would you do?
Just stray from life, and pay no attention to it… just because you know the ending… you’d look forward to every day’s ending… and pay no attention to it because you know how it ends… or you’d ignore the ending, even though you know it, just so you can enjoy the during?

“It’s a really very dull story now, isn't it? The ending is always the same, and that same is that it ends.”

PS: Why? No reason… just because…
PSS: Inspired when watching Hannibal… =D
